Jordan is an experienced employment attorney, litigator and counselor. With a broad background in multiple aspects of employment litigation, in-house Human Resources, workplace investigations, training and consulting, Jordan brings a variety of skills, experience, and knowledge to his work as a neutral investigator and dynamic trainer.
Prior Experience
Jordan began his career in employment litigation, first spending several years on the plaintiff side before gaining experience working on behalf of employers throughout California. Following his success in litigation, Jordan moved in-house to focus on Human Resources and assisting businesses with navigating business decisions. He served as a Human Resources executive at companies large and small, both public and private, union and non-union, including complex corporate settings and technology start-up organizations. Through his practice, Jordan honed his skills in workplace investigations, training, evaluating and managing risk, and executive coaching.
A Los Angeles native, Jordan attended University of California, Irvine and California State University, Northridge, graduating Cum Laude with a degree in Sociology. He attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice in California state courts and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is also SPHR certified.
Presentations and Civic Activities
- Jordan has extensive experience training employees in a classroom setting on topics such as sexual harassment, employee and labor relations, social media in the workplace, and how to conduct workplace investigations.
- Jordan has served on several speaking panels on topics such as employment immigration law and privacy law compliance.
- Jordan currently provides pro-bono services to an animal rescue organization.
